A manufacturer, not a print shop
Most suppliers you find online are resellers. They take your order, add a margin, and pass it to a factory they have never visited. When something goes wrong — a colour drifts, a size run is off, a deadline slips — they are as much in the dark as you are.
We cut, sew, print and finish in our own unit in Lahore. That means the person answering your questions can walk to the machine and look. It is why we can hold a 50-piece minimum on most garments, quote honestly on timelines, and take on the awkward jobs that need a fabric sourced or a fit adjusted rather than picked from a catalogue.
Three generations of our family have worked in garment manufacturing. The business you are dealing with today has been trading for seven years under its own name, and the experience behind it is considerably older than that.
The difference is in the seam
Anyone can put a logo on a blank. What separates a garment that lasts from one that does not is construction — seam allowance, stitch density, how the stress points are finished. We control that because we own the line it is made on.
How we decorate
Different artwork wants different methods. We will tell you which one suits your design, fabric and quantity — including when the cheaper method is the right one.
Embroidery
Flat, appliqué and puff 3D embroidery. The most durable option, and the one that reads as premium on caps, polos and workwear.
Screen printing
The workhorse for volume. Excellent opacity and hand-feel, and the most economical method once quantities climb.
DTF printing
Direct-to-film transfers. Full colour, fine detail, and it sits on almost any fabric — useful where screen printing struggles.
DTG printing
Direct-to-garment. Photographic detail with no setup cost, which makes it the sensible choice for short runs and many-colour artwork.
Sublimation
Dye sublimation for all-over prints and performance polyester. The design becomes part of the fabric, so there is nothing to crack or peel.
Vinyl and specialty
Cut vinyl for names and numbers, plus discharge printing, acid wash and tie-dye where the finish is the point.

Step one
Tell us what you need
Garment, quantity, colours, sizes and your deadline. Artwork helps but is not required to start — a rough idea is enough for a first conversation.

Step two
We quote
A written quote covering garment, decoration, labelling, packaging and delivery. Usually the same day.
If a different method or fabric would serve you better, we say so at this stage rather than after you have committed.
Step three
Sampling, where it matters
For private-label work and larger runs we produce a sample so fit, colour and finish are agreed before bulk.
For straightforward decoration on stock garments, most customers skip this and go straight to production.

Production
Cutting, stitching, decoration and quality check, in our own unit in Lahore.
Typical runs take 7–10 days; more involved jobs run 10–14 working days. You are told which at quote stage, not afterwards.
Step five
Finishing and dispatch
Labelling, folding, polybagging and cartoning to your specification, then dispatch.
International orders ship worldwide; timings vary by destination and are confirmed with your quote.

- What is your minimum order?
- 50 pieces for most garments. Medical scrubs start at 100 pieces. Where an order runs across several colours, we can usually work to 30 pieces per colour — ask us with your specific breakdown.
- How long does production take?
- Most runs take 7–10 days. More involved work — cut-and-sew from scratch, multiple decoration methods, or bespoke fabric — takes 10–14 working days. International shipping is additional and depends on destination and method.
- Do you work with international brands?
- Yes. Alongside Pakistan we produce for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Quotes for international orders are given in your currency.
- Can you produce under my own label?
- Yes. Private-label production is a core part of what we do: your neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging, with nothing of ours on the garment.
- Can I get a sample first?
- For private-label and larger runs we recommend it, and we will quote for it as part of the job. For decoration on stock garments most customers go straight to production.
- How do I get a price?
